How does working with Sydney fit a normal Edinburgh working day?

It takes your mornings and leaves the rest of the day alone. Sydney is eleven hours ahead in winter and nine in summer, so a nine o'clock session here is Sydney's evening and comfortably workable at both ends. From roughly midday your time onward there is no overlap at all, and pretending otherwise would only set up a disappointment later. We are in financial services. Can we put client data anywhere near this?

Carefully, and often the first version deliberately does not. Regulated firms usually start with material carrying no client data at all: internal process, precedent, templates, policy documents, research. That alone removes a surprising amount of repeated work. Anything touching client information gets designed around your own obligations, in your own tenancy, with your compliance people reading the design before it is built rather than after. Where your rules do not permit something, the answer is that they do not permit it, not a workaround.

Scotland already funds AI support for SMEs. Why pay for this?

Take the funded support. The SME AI Adoption Programme is free to eligible businesses and the delivery bodies behind it know their subject. It is an orientation, though, not a build. Paying starts to make sense at the point where you know the specific thing you want, it does not exist in any product you can simply buy, and nobody in the firm has the time or the engineering skill to make it. If you cannot yet name that thing in a single sentence, you are not ready to buy it from Azgard or from anyone else.

Do you work across the Central Belt or only in Edinburgh?

Anywhere in Scotland, and geography is not the real constraint here: the time zone is. Glasgow, Stirling, Dundee, Aberdeen or the Borders all receive the same delivery, since it runs on video and inside your own systems. Nobody gets an on-site visit, in Edinburgh or anywhere else, and that is stated on this page rather than discovered on the day you ask for one.

What would make us the wrong client for you?
