What you're buying

Everything in the shop is described on its own product page: what it is, what it costs, and what you get. That page is the offer; there's no fine print beyond what you're reading now.

Delivery

A confirmation email arrives within minutes of payment with exactly what happens next. Live sessions include the recording and materials, so a session you can't attend is not a session you've lost. Nothing in your inbox within 10 minutes? Check spam, then email [email protected].

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details never touch our servers. Prices are in Australian dollars, and some products can charge in your local currency (USD, GBP, CAD, NZD). The checkout shows the exact amount and currency before you pay.

Refunds

All sales are final. If something has gone wrong with your order (a duplicate charge, a session that didn't run, anything that isn't what the product page promised), email [email protected]and we'll sort it directly.
